Loss Limits

You can set a maximum amount that can be deposited into your Golden PH account per day, week, or month. Once you reach your limit, further deposits are blocked until the period resets. You can lower your limit instantly, but raising it takes 24 hours to come into effect — this cooling-off protects impulsive decisions.

When you self-exclude, your Golden PH account is immediately locked. You cannot log in, deposit, or place bets for the duration of your exclusion. All bonus offers and marketing emails are stopped. Your account balance is protected and available for withdrawal once the exclusion period ends (for fixed-term exclusions).
